How do I care for and wash my clothes?
To ensure the longevity of your Bad Doggies clothing, we recommend that you:
Turn the garment inside out before washing (so as not to damage it in the wash)
Wash at 30°C on a short cycle (no hotter)
Do not put the garment in the dryer (to avoid shrinking the cotton)
Do not iron the garment (to preserve print quality)

What is the Bad Doggies Loyalty Card?
Our Loyalty Card is designed to reward our most active customers in our community.
By joining this fictitious card for free , you benefit from numerous benefits, including the opportunity to earn points with every purchase and access to our referral program .
How can I get this loyalty card?
To obtain your card, you must join our loyalty program for free by clicking on the âLoyalty cardâ button available on the site.
Once you have created an account , the loyalty card will be assigned to you automatically .
How does sponsorship work?
Sponsorship is included in our Loyalty Card.
1. To get started, go to the â Refer your friends â section from your loyalty program.
2. Register your email address, and you will receive a unique referral link . You can share this link with your friends.
3. When one of your friends uses this link to place an order, you will receive an âŹ8 voucher as a reward, and your friend will also receive an âŹ8 voucher.
Where can I track my loyalty points and referral rewards balance?
You can easily track the balance of your loyalty points and referral rewards in your Bad Doggies customer account .
Also, when you open your Loyalty Card , you will find a detailed summary of your benefits.
How can I use my loyalty points?
It's easy !
If you have accumulated points on your Loyalty Card, you can redeem them directly in your Loyalty Card area.
A code will be generated automatically . You can copy/paste it to use it later, or click on it to add it directly to your cart.
If you have obtained rewards through our sponsorship program, the principle remains the same: âŹ8 vouchers will be automatically generated.
Is there a limit to the number of friends I can refer?
No , there is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.
The more friends you refer who make purchases, the more rewards you earn .
Do my loyalty points expire?
No, your loyalty points never expire . You can use them whenever you want.
